GENERAL CONTRACTING

OCH is a full-service general contractor serving the business community since 2010. Our solid reputation is built on our ability to consistently deliver high quality construction within budget, and on schedule. Our team consists of individuals having a well-rounded knowledge of the design and construction industry assuring every phase of the project goes smoothly. Our staff is extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of the construction process from final design, permitting, site preparation, and construction of the project.

HANDYMAN

Every property has a list of improvement projects that are needed, repairs that are required, both interior and exterior. On Call Handyman & Co. aims to give you predictable results, at fair pricing, and timely actions. Offering preventative maintenance, turns/punches, seasonal and one-time project needs for all commercial property types. Ask us about our monthly subscription services and hourly packages.
